Lori Cathryn Provaznik, 64, of Benton, passed away on Wednesday September 21, 2022 at her home.
She was born on May 13, 1958 in Detroit, MI to Samuel and Patricia (Pasternack) Barna. She married Jon Provaznik on September 14, 1977.
She is survived by her husband Jon Provaznik of Benton; her parents Samuel and Patricia Barna of Warren, MI; two sons Jon (Danielle) Provaznik of Sesser and Joshua (Sarah) Provaznik of McAllen, TX; three grandchildren Hannah Provaznik, Jocelyn Provaznik and Declan Provaznik; one sister Juli Wilson of Rochester Hills, MI and two brothers Michael Barna of Franklin, MI and Samuel (Monika) Barna of Lake Orion, MI.
Lori’s wishes were to be cremated. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
