INA, IL – Regina Hall of Sparks Hill was named the 2017 Outstanding CNA of the Year during Rend Lake College’s annual CNA Conference, held last Friday on campus. Hall currently works at Harrisburg Medical Center and has been a CNA for the last 24 years.
