Eulah Nadine Tucker, age 89, of Benton, IL, passed away at 1:10 a.m., on Monday, October 12, 2026, at Mt. Vernon Countryside Manor, Mt. Vernon, IL.
She was born June 22, 1937, to Charles Amos and Eliza Evalee (Martin) Clark in DeKalb, IL. Eulah worked as a hairdresser until she retired. On June 24, 1955, she married Gene Lowell Tucker, and he preceded her in death on August 2, 2017, after 62 years of marriage.
Eulah was a member of St. Paul Evangelical Lutheran Church in West Frankfort, IL.
She was a loving mother and grandmother. She enjoyed going camping, quilting and listening to music.
Eulah is survived by her loving daughter, Brenda Louise Tucker-Crawford and her husband, Tony; her grandchildren, Brittany Heath, Brandy Heath and Austin Tucker and his wife, Tammy; her great-grandchildren, Aiyla, Sterling, Fennec, Natalie and Andrew and her sisters, Alma Lowery and Phyllis Hollingsworth.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Eliza Clark, her husband, Gene Tucker, her son, Bradley Tucker and her siblings, Richard Clark, Ernest Clark and Maxine Brake.
Services have been entrusted to Pate Funeral and Crematory, 301 South Main Street, Benton, IL.
Visitation for Eulah will be held on Friday, October 23, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., at Pate Funeral Home, Benton, IL.
Funeral services will be held directly after the visitation on Friday, October 23, 2026, at 1:00 p.m., at Pate Funeral Home, Benton, IL, with “Pastor Al”, officiating.
Burial will be private and take place at a later date.
