Barbara Ann Osteen, age 83, of West Frankfort, passed away at 2:30 p.m. Thursday, April 10, 2025, at her home.
Barbara’s wishes are to be cremated.A Celebration of Life Service Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 29, 2025, at the Leffler Funeral Home of Benton.
